Network, ETH and USDG.

Know what each test asset does before you fund a wallet or sign a transaction.

Robinhood Chain Testnet

FETCHN’s current trading flow is restricted to Robinhood Chain Testnet. Check the wallet network before every approval or trade. The testnet chain ID is 46630; the distinct mainnet ID is 4663. Robinhood publishes the network settings in its connection guide and a step-by-step wallet guide.

Use the testnet explorer to inspect wallet addresses, contract addresses and transaction hashes. Robinhood notes that its public RPC is rate-limited; a delayed response does not itself mean a failed transaction.

ETH, USDG and WETH serve different purposes

Test ETH
The network’s native gas asset. Your wallet needs it for wallet-signed approvals, vault creation, deposits, withdrawals and manual trades. The FETCHN testnet operator pays gas for agent-executed transactions from its own separate address.
Test USDG
The quote asset in FETCHN’s supported testnet Stock Token pools. A Buy spends USDG; a Sell receives USDG if the pool can quote and execute it. Paxos publishes the Robinhood Testnet USDG contract.
Test WETH
A 1:1 wrapped form of ETH shown in the Terminal’s optional conversion block. WETH is not USDG and does not directly pay for a supported Stock Token purchase.
Do not send real assets.

Testnet tokens are for development and have no cash value. Make sure every faucet, token and explorer page refers to Robinhood Testnet.

Get the assets for your first trade

  1. Copy the public address of the wallet you connected in the Terminal.
  2. Visit the Robinhood Chain Testnet faucet. Its current page shows the test ETH and Stock Tokens it will send. Request assets to your wallet address.
  3. For USDG, use the Paxos testnet faucet, the Terminal’s ETH → USDG swap when it can return a live quote, or sell a small faucet Stock Token in a liquid testnet pool.
  4. Refresh wallet balances in the Terminal. If a wallet hides a token, inspect your address in the testnet explorer before assuming it was not received.
  5. Keep a portion of ETH for gas. Convert or deposit only the amount you intend to test.

Faucet availability, claim amounts and cooldowns can change. Read the faucet’s own current notice when you claim.

Know which contracts FETCHN uses

The testnet USDG address in the app is 0x7E955252E15c84f5768B83c41a71F9eba181802F, matching the Paxos testnet list. FETCHN’s five testnet Stock Token swap addresses and the third-party pool router are configured separately from the Robinhood Stock Token API catalog. The catalog supplies underlying-asset data; it does not make every testnet faucet token an official catalog deployment.

Before signing, check the network, the token amount and the receiving contract in your wallet. For contract details, inspect the relevant address through the Terminal’s explorer links.
